ALUMINUM CYLINDERS

We Axcel gases, along with our associate companies are a renowned Aluminum cylinders manufacturer, supplier and exporters in India. Aluminum cylinders are required for the purpose of Filling, Storage and Transport of various gases. Aluminum cylinders are used where weight of the cylinder is a constraint. As Alloy steel cylinders are very heavy when compared to Aluminum cylinders, so applications where we need to have less weight of cylinder, Aluminum cylinders gets in use. Also as some gases are toxic and corrosive in nature and react with alloy steel cylinders, to store these types of gases, Aluminum cylinders are being used. All the Aluminum cylinders are produced as per BS EN ISO 7866:2012 / ISO 7866:2012 / IS 15660 and are equipped with cylinder filling permissions issued by Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO), a Department under Central Govt. Ministry of India ).
Aluminum-gas-Cylinders

Now a days Aluminum cylinders are widely in use due to its less weight, anti corrosive nature and ease of transportation when compared to Carbon Alloy Steel Cylinders. Apart from all this, in appearance too, an Aluminum cylinder looks better than alloy steel cylinders and matches with the pleasant ambience of any hospital, laboratory as well as research centers. Aluminum Cylinders are available at a working pressure of 150 Kg/Cm2. Each and every cylinder is hydraulically tested at a pressure 1.5 times of working pressure. There is a wide range of cylinders available with us starting from 1 Ltr WC to 10.2 ltrs WC as mentioned in the technical specifications details below
